Obituary
Mary Diane Howell
Mary Diane "LuLu" Howell was born in Powhatan County Virginia, on April 6, 1959, to Willie Cormack Scruggs and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Scruggs.
Mary, affectionately called "Lulu," was educated in Powhatan County Public Schools and as a child enjoyed attending Hollywood Baptist Church with her father and other family members.

Lulu had a deeply personal relationship with the Lord and faithfully read her Bible daily. She always said, "God is good – All the time." She never had a harsh word for anyone – never angry even if people were not good to her.

Until we meet again
Those special memories of you
will always bring a smile.
If only I could have you back,
For just a little while.
Then we could sit and talk again,
Just like we used to do.
You always meant so very much,
And always will too.
The fact that you're no longer here,
Will always cause me pain,
But you're forever in my heart,
until we meet again.
