The Family
To Those Whom I Love
Do not mourn because God is ready to take me home,
Be grateful that by my family I was known,
For my days on earth are dwindling to a few,
Be glad God gave me the chance to know you,
Please wipe tears from your eyes,
Because pain will be gone, and you have no reason to cry.
I may not have been famous or well know,
But, our memories, our laughs are yours to keep,
It'll be just as if I fell asleep,
Now, God I am ready to come home.
