Obituary of Rosa Boatwright

Ms. Rosa Boatwright, a daughter of the late Frank Boatwright and Julia Woodson Boatwright, was born in Cumberland County, Virginia on May 18, 1936. She attended the public schools in Cumberland. After school she moved to New York where she resided and was employed for many years. Later in life her health began to fail, and on Sunday, October 27, 2019, she departed this life at Bay Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in the Bronx, NY. She leaves to share fond memories her, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Good Morning, Lord Good morning Lord, the night has passed, Just as you said it would, And once again I gaze upon Your world and find it good. The darkness fades, as darkness will, And so, my heart is light, For you await to share my day, Who watched me through the night. I cannot see what lies ahead, But I am sure you know, So, take my hand and walk with me, Wherever I may go.
