Phillip Carroll Campbell a son of the late Walter L. Campbell and Minnie Kennedy Campbell was born September 27, 1929 in Richmond, Virginia.
Phillip was a faithful father to his children. He was blessed with good health and sound mind. Phillip was a man of many talents and Abilities who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Modestina and a grandchild.
Phillip's life and legacy will be carried on by: 3 sons, Phillip Campbell, Jr. (Cassandra), Raymond Campbell (Diane) and John Campbell (Diane); 2 daughters, Carol Campbell and Mary Shadoian (James); 8 grandchildren; 9 greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
