I offer my deepest sympathy during this time of sorrow. The passing of a loved one is painful. So I'd like to share scripture that may bring comfort.
1Thes. 4:13-14 reads...Moreover, brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who are sleeping in death, so that you may not sorrow as the rest do who have no hope. For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.
Rev. 21:4 tells us this...And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passe away.
1Cor. 15:26 also tells us...And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.
Isa. 55:11 Jehovah promises...So my word that goes forth from my mouth will prove to be. It will not return to me without result. But it will certainly do that in which I have delighted and it will have certain success in that in which I have sent it.
I sincerely want these scriptures to bring hope and help your family endure.
