Frank Ruffin Randolph of Powhatan, Virginia formerly of Cumberland, Virginia; was born on January 28, 1925 to Roan and Rebecca Lewis Randolph.
Frank accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age and joined the New Hope Baptist Church, which he supported until his death.
He attended Cumberland County Public School.
Frank was affectingly known as "Billy" or "B. B.". He loved planting his garden. He was known for some of the best watermelons in Cumberland County. Billy was also an avid hunter of raccoon, squirrel, rabbit, quail, turkey and deer. He even had a deer head and a turkey adorned in his room. Frank loved his dogs as well.
On Saturday morning, February 9, 2013 in Powhatan, Virginia Frank, our beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend patiently and quietly answered his call and transition from earth to eternal life. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Dorothy Brown Randolph; three sisters and two brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memory: two sisters, Mrs. Edith Harper of Jamaica, New York and Mrs. Florence Harper of Powhatan, Virginia. Many nieces, nephew, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, friends, and care givers.
