Reflection of Life
Julius Lee Pompey entered into eternal rest on May26, 2012. He was born on October 29, 1980. He accepted Christ and was baptized at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Chesterfield, Virginia. Julius attended Monacan High School where he was active in sports, which his passion was football. He later transferred to Cumberland High School, where he graduated on June 13, 2000. He attended ECPI where he obtained his Associate Degree of Applied Science Computer and Information Science with a major in Computer Systems Applications in July 2002.
To know Julius was to love him. He had a big beautiful smile with a matching heart. Julius was a very caring person. His main love was for his son Jaydon. He also had a love for sports. He played soccer, baseball, and football. A lot of you may not know, but Julius also attended Rhapsody Charm/Modeling Agency where obtained a certificate of attainment for Finishing Course of Charm Instructions in November 1995 strutting his stuff as usual.
He also loved traveling and seeing new places to include Florida, Las Vegas, Mexico, Bahamas, and many other states within the United States.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving son Jaydon, a loving and devoted mother Shelia Crump (Aaron); father, G. Clifton Pompey (Caroline); Godmother, Shirley Jeffers; three brothers, Marshall and Clifton Pompey, and Cedrick Chavis; three sisters, Angela Clarke (Eldridge), Arnette Hampton, and Marlicia Chavis; Godsister, Timica Hubbard Johnson; eighteen aunts, one devoted, Margaret Jones (David); twelve uncles; three great aunts, one devoted, Iretha Wood; nine nieces, among them are Marshae, A'jenae, Taya, and Jazzime Pompey, and Shayvette Brice; four nephews; numerous cousins, several devoted, Tracy Pompey, Maria and Ivan McGuire and many friends, one devoted, Andrew Johnson.
